This meditation series is a full arc of transformation. Each practice stands beautifully on its own, but together they weave a powerful journey from awakening into presence, through the tender work of release, and into the freedom of authentic selfhood.

You’ll begin with grounding and morning presence, learning how to breathe yourself awake into gratitude and aliveness. From there, the meditations invite you to meet the tender places we often avoid: shame, judgment, control, shadow, and uncertainty. With compassion and courage, you’ll learn to release old identities, set sacred boundaries, and honor your authentic desires.

As you progress, the practices deepen into inquiry: exploring discernment, morality, and the wisdom of paradox. You’ll discover how to trust your own inner compass, embrace your contradictions, and lean into the unknown as fertile ground for possibility.

The journey concludes with integration: recognizing the golden thread that has been weaving through each step: the truth of your wholeness, your capacity for love, and your connection to something larger than yourself.

Get Started

Hi, I'm Elianne

I was born to a dream-reading mother and freemason father. I've been something of an alchemist since I was born, interested in magical things and unwittingly immersed in mystical experiences.

I ended up studying alchemical literature, philosophy, and dream psychology in university, and wrote my masters on the connections between alchemy, Jungian dream analysis, and modern poetry.

Realizing I had extensive awareness of the metaphysical, but little to no historical knowledge of the physical, especially the history of my own homeland, I decided to shift gears to cultural studies and politics, and wrote my PhD on Palestinian political identity expression.

Sometimes I'm an introverted virgo who loves to read and write and watch obscure documentaries, other times I'm an extroverted leo who lives to entertain, but most (if not all) of the time, I'm an ambivalent, curious cat, listening to music, lounging in the sun, or watching trash television.
